These terms govern your use of www.mythriforex.com and the currency exchange and money transfer services we provide at our branches. By browsing and using this website you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Mythri Forex, a foreign exchange and money transfer provider based in Hyderabad and a licensed entity under the Reserve Bank of India. "You" refers to the user of this website, or to a customer transacting at one of our branches.

These terms cover the use of this website and the general conduct of a transaction. The specific terms of your own transaction, the rate, the charges and the documents it requires, are confirmed with you in person at the branch counter before you pay.

The content of these pages is for general information only and is subject to change without notice. We take care to keep it accurate and current, but we give no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, timeliness or suitability for any particular purpose, and your use of the information is at your own risk.

This website does not process transactions. It does not accept payments, hold funds, book an exchange rate, or complete a currency exchange or money transfer. Every transaction is carried out in person at one of our branches.

We do not publish live or indicative exchange rates on this website. The rate that applies to your transaction is confirmed at the branch counter at the time of the transaction.

The amount payable is calculated from the applicable exchange rate together with GST and the applicable forex transaction fee. For an international money transfer it may also include remittance charges, applicable taxes such as TCS, and other applicable banking or transfer charges. These are confirmed with you before you pay.

Every transaction requires the documents and KYC details mandated by the Reserve Bank of India. The documents needed for each service are listed on that service's page on this website.

A transaction cannot be completed until valid documents are produced and verified at the branch, so please carry them with you.

Forex cards are issued and reloaded through third-party card providers. The supported currencies, loading limits, fees, ATM charges abroad, merchant acceptance and other conditions are set by the provider that issues the card, and vary between providers.

Those provider terms apply to your card alongside these terms. Please confirm the ones that matter for your trip before the card is issued.

This website contains material that is owned by or licensed to us, including its design, layout, appearance and graphics. Reproduction other than in accordance with our copyright notice is prohibited.

Western Union, and the marks of the forex card providers we work with, are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the services available at our branches.

This website links to other websites, including those of the Reserve Bank of India and of currency-issuing authorities, for your convenience and for reference. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not imply that we endorse them.

If something about a transaction or about this website is not right, the fastest route is the branch that handled it, Kukatpally, Madinaguda or Gachibowli. Each branch page carries its phone number, WhatsApp number and opening hours.
